Our 45 mins Glutes & Core MAXOUT class will focus on toning every aspect of the core and glutes. You will burn fat, tone your abs and reshape your glutes with a variety of exercises that will have every muscle in your body burning. This class is the perfect way to take your fitness to the next level. We get you to muscle failure with less reps but max effort, all with an emphasis on proper form.
